- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers always say that I am the lowest or very close to it. I try and be fair with how much I charge that's important to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we are talking about a new standby generator install it always best for me to come out to the house and see the lay out. Every house is different and there for the cost changes. Customers usually want a "ballpark" number but that is very very difficult. There are always a lot of things to explain that the customers haven't always considered or are aware of. Portables are usually clear cut.
