Our services are always FREE of charge although we do except donations if offered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to interview all clients on the phone or through email. If we determine the person or persons is indeed in need of our services we will set up what we call, a Pre-Investigation Interview. The interview is where we will go the clients location to meet with them in person to further discuss the situation they are dealing with and at which point we will then after the interview decide how to best handle the specific situation they are dealing with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have been surrounded by the paranormal since birth. Our entire family has been involved in the paranormal for most of there lives which is well over 40 + years. We officially formed our organization in 2005 and have been working on private residential cases as well as businesses and historic locations ever since.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was something that I was born with. Personal family experiences is what truly got us involved in the paranormal.

All types from business professionals to private family residences, public and historic locations.

We are fond of every project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research on the groups you look at or the people you talk to. Be wary of people charging, or claiming EVERYTHING must be paranormal or the cause of. Look for people who are logical and sensible and will approach your situations with professionalism. Make sure they promise to keep your case private, as they should respect your privacy.
