The job started off very well. I discovered some missing items after the items arrived and the unpacking began; I called as these items were sentimental. The owner did not remember but was going to check with his workers; I did not get a response. I treated them to lunch and tipped them well. I gave them several bottles of alcohol in addition as it could not fit on the truck. I’m very disappointed as I made it clear that the items were important. Sorry that this move will be remembered this way.
