I have been working with Doctor Hufford for the past decade. When I came to him, I was 100+ lbs overweight, and within a short time, I was breathing right, feeling right, and moving right. You owe it to yourself and your family to learn these skills! 12 years later, and I've just scratched the surface of the martial arts' ability to both protect and to heal! Great stuff!

I have been taking both public and private lessons with Sensei Hufford for over 10 years, in 4 separate martial arts related forms. He is an exceptionally talented practitioner, and an excellent instructor. Highly recommended.

Doc Hufford has an vast knowledge of not only martial arts but many other areas of physical fitness as well. He is a wonderful teacher. Studying with him has changed my life profoundly My life circumstances have lead me away from his immediate area, yet I am compelled to continue my studies by travelling from the Delmarva to continuue to study.
