Alex was amazing. He deserves far more than 5 stars. I reached out to him and he responded immediately. I explained that my elderly mother’s refrigerator had stopped working. He was at her house within 2 hours. He quickly found that the compressor needed to be replaced. He explained that the refrigerator was still under warranty. The part and labor would be free but not if he were to perform the repair. He helped us to contact LG and provided them with the necessary information. He even gave us the number of the LG repair service in case we needed to contact them. The repair was scheduled for the following morning. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. He saved my mother $900. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a responsive, honest, diligent professional who clearly goes above and beyond to help his customers.
