As an EA we are required to submit to continuing education each year.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If there were one thing I wish customers knew about our profession, it would be that all accountants aren't equal. Although we all go through the same course work on the collegiate and graduate levels, there are significant differences in each accountant. We believe an accountant should be personable and have the ability to communicate well. Accountants should not just be "numbers guys." We understand that the information we present to our clients has significant impact on their lives and the lives of their families. Many of our colleagues are the very opposite of this. The Towles Group Inc. prides itself in not only meeting the needs of the people, but understanding what it is they need.
