- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure it's done right and we don't cut-corners. If you want it done right, we're your firm. If you want it done cheap, there will always be someone cheaper. We do offer all kinds of discounts for all teachers, city, county, and state workers, military, police, govt, and a below-median income discount. We're here to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients put a retainer down - anywhere from $200-$1,000 depending on their situation. Then, we'll set you up on a 9 month payment plan for the balance and you can pay it off early if you want to file early. In the meantime, we'll handle your creditor calls so you don't have to!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law Degree from McGeorge School of Law - Class of 2008. Member of the New York Bar since 2010.
