As a personal stylist, I know that every single piece of clothing, jewelry, the way we wear our hair, even down to the shade of our nail colour, has a connotation which other people then make assumptions about the ‘type’ of person we are.
Once our fashion style is labelled as a certain ‘category’, it’s ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to be seen differently, hence why first impressions are VITAL.
