My wife and I own the house on Long Island in which I grew up. It became our house after my parents and brother died. Although it was a special place for both of us, we had no intention of living there as we have resided in the Capitol District for more than 30 years. We decided to rent the house in 2010. Our first property manager died after a few years and after many weeks of searching, we were very fortunate to find Brad Cassella and Real Property Management Landmark to manage our property. In the years that our house has been managed by Brad he has provided the highest level of service we could want. He is reliable, honest, and thorough. He is also knowledgeable about the rental market. In addition, Brad is highly resourced legally and in connection with repairs that every house requires, particularly rental homes. We never had to worry about our house because it was in such capable hands. This is an instance of getting everything that you pay for. With Brad we had peace of mind and the knowledge that our house would provide income that we needed when we needed it. We highly recommend Brad and Real Property Management Landmark.

I have worked with RPM Landmark for over three years now as a property owner. Brad Casella is my go-to guy with RPM who provides nothing but professional and insightful thoughts and suggestions for the property to be tenant- friendly. A happy tenant is a happy landlord and that is what Brad does: works very hard to keep up the property and quickly addresses any tenant issue. Brad is also quite skilled and highly proficient with putting the right tenant in the right property for the right rent. He really does create a win-win situation for all involved.
