My wife and I own the house on Long Island in which I grew up. It became our house after my parents and brother died. Although it was a special place for both of us, we had no intention of living there as we have resided in the Capitol District for more than 30 years. We decided to rent the house in 2010. Our first property manager died after a few years and after many weeks of searching, we were very fortunate to find Brad Cassella and Real Property Management Landmark to manage our property. In the years that our house has been managed by Brad he has provided the highest level of service we could want. He is reliable, honest, and thorough. He is also knowledgeable about the rental market. In addition, Brad is highly resourced legally and in connection with repairs that every house requires, particularly rental homes. We never had to worry about our house because it was in such capable hands. This is an instance of getting everything that you pay for. I've had a wonderful experience working with Brad Casella, owner of Real Property Management Landmark. I was recommended to use his services to manage a single family home my parents own. Brad met me at the property with a proposal, and explained thoroughly exactly his role and job description as acting property manager. Immediately after the contract was signed, he put my property on the market. It was rented quickly which was a huge plus. He's very reliable, always is available if I have any questions, and most importantly handles every aspect of my property. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to manage their property.

I contacted Real Property Management Landmark by Internet and they responded in minutes. I spoke briefly with Brad about my property and we set an appointment to meet. I own a 2 family home and told him I was having trouble collecting rent from one of the tenants and finding a decent handyman that would show up to do repairs was a real issue. Long story short, after meeting Brad his knowledge was extremely extensive and there is a lot more to renting an apartment than I thought. So, I signed with Brad and it was less expensive then I expected. He had a handyman there in a couple of days. Since then, my rent is paid on time every month. I should of hired a property manager a long time ago.
