Carlos and his team were extremely efficient in waterproofing a section of my foundation that had been leaking whenever it rained. He came to look at the area the day I contacted him. He gave me a fair price and came the next day and completed the job in just a few hours. It rained all week after completion and my basement is 100% dry! Highly recommended!

Carlos showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He explained in detail every step of the work to be done and why it was necessary. Prices were good and I feel like he and his crew stand behind their work. They worked quickly and clean up after and during the job.
Our chimney is like new and our basement is waterproofed. They installed french drains, water sealed the exterior brick work, graded the yard and flower bed, and even fitted our second storey air conditioner with a winter cover.
We are pleased to have found a contractor we can trust and will be hiring them again for several big projects I have planned.
