- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, fair, and based on the volume of junk you need hauled away, the type of materials, and access to the site. We offer free estimates, and there are no hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay. We also offer: Discounts for seniors, veterans, and repeat customers Bundle pricing for multiple services (e.g., junk removal + cleanout) Transparent pricing for special items like appliances, electronics, or heavy materials Every job is unique, so we’re happy to work with your budget and provide the best value for your needs.

Scheduling – Once you're ready, we lock in a date and time that works best for you—often same-day or next-day availability. Hauling & Cleanout – Our crew arrives on time, ready to work. We load everything efficiently and clean up after ourselves. Final Walkthrough & Payment – You review the job, and once you’re 100% satisfied, we handle payment (cash, card, Venmo, etc.). We make it easy from start to finish so you can relax while we handle the heavy lifting.
