Cassandra started working with us in our home 3 months ago. It has been a pleasure working with her and having her in our home. She is prompt and responsive. From the moment she comes into our home, she is easy to talk to and work with. We were able to discuss what we wanted prior to her first visit, and she quoted us an excellent price. When she came for the first cleaning, she was looking to do the job she had described and not sell us more services that we did not require. When she comes to clean, her work is meticulous and thorough. She has an eye for places in our house where grime will be a problem and she makes it disappear. She is also a nice and caring individual. She is easy to talk to and really wants to do a great job inside our home. My wife and I give her all the stars and would 100% recommend her work to anyone!

I have been using Elite Cleaning Solutions for about six months now. Cassandra is meticulous in her work. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is cleaned perfectly. My house always is spotless when she is done. Not only that but she is trustworthy and friendly as well. She really cares about her clients. She is very thoughtful and has even brought me flowers when I was having surgery done. She really brightens my day when she arrives! Do yourself a favor and book her for a cleaning. You won't regret it!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job not by the hour, because burnout can and does happen and it’s not fair to pass the on to my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I ran a construction company for 10+ years including doing the post construction cleans of new residential homes and rental clean outs. I understand what it’s like to be busy and like helping people so they have more time for important things like family!
