I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thumbtack’s review section lists 5 qualities for describing what you like about the pro you worked with, but it lets you choose only 3 – I would’ve chosen all 5 if I could. I can’t say enough good things about Timothy. I had a phone consultation with him about extending wifi in my wifi-challenged home (lots of stone walls). Beyond being utterly knowledgeable, he’s also crystal clear in explaining what you need to know. And patient. And kind, such a pleasure to talk with. He went quickly on things I’m familiar with (admittedly not much) and slowed down as much as I needed him to with the less familiar stuff. All of this at a very fair rate. Couldn’t be happier!
