We base our rates on the volume of junk (how much space it takes in our truck or trailer), starting at a low minimum load. You get a firm, no-obligation quote upfront—no surprises, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in touch with us! Free quote – We give you a firm, no-obligation price based on volume or photos—usually within minutes. Schedule – Pick your 2-hour arrival window (same-day or next-day often available). We arrive – Uniformed crew shows up on time, reviews the job, and confirms the quote. We load – You point, we haul—everything goes straight into the truck. Clean sweep – We broom-sweep the area before leaving. We recycle/donate – Usable items go to charities; metals & electronics get recycled. That’s it—no prep required on your end!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Haul Hogs crews are trained in-house by our founder Dan, Every team member completes: Safety & Lifting Certification (OSHA-compliant techniques for heavy items and stairs) Customer Service Training (polite, clear communication and on-site etiquette) Eco-Disposal Certification (identifying recyclables, e-waste, and donation items) Defensive Driving Course No subcontractors—only trained, background-checked Haul Hogs.
