Lifetime Waterproofing were true pros! Steve and Mark were excellent in their communication from start to finish. From initially contacting them about a Foundation issue to successfully finding the problem where the water was coming in from, he explained every detail of the work he and his team would be performing and kept me up to date throughout each step of the way. This job was fast, efficient, and most importantly, careful. I couldn't be any happier with choosing Lifetime Waterproofing for the job. I had an issue with a considerable amount of water getting into my basement, especially when it rains a lot so I contacted Lifetime Waterproofing.
Without a question, Mark and Steve from Lifetime Waterproofing was the kindest, most honest, understanding, and professional of everyone I spoke to. He clearly explained what my options were and was willing to work with me and adjust the job proposal until we found the perfect solution for both my problem and my budget.
Lifetime Waterproofing came and fixed the problem by, excavated in front of my house, filling in the cracks they found in my foundation, sealing it up and applying a Delta M-S wrap membrane, and neatly restoring the flower beds back to their original. we haven't had a drop of water in our basement! Highly recommend Lifetime Waterproofing.

We just had our crawl space waterproofed with Lifetime Waterproofing and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From the first time I got on the phone with their office manager Mike, to speaking with and to meeting with Steve and Mark who came to give us an estimate for the job, we were amazed with their knowledge and professionalism. Both Steve and Mark explained the process of what they were going to do and gave us such a great level of confidence. We have spoken to other companies before, and it wasn’t like this. Lifetime Waterproofing knows what they are doing, and they take pride in their work and also take pride in how they treat their customers. The whole team is wonderful and really cares about the client and the job.
Steve arrived at our home on time with a crew of workers who were efficient and very, very neat considering the type of job they were doing. They were respectful of our property and when they left, you honestly didn’t know that there was work done there that day. It was one of the best experiences we have had with contract work. We would highly recommend Lifetime Waterproofing to anyone who needs this type of work done.
