The job was to help me set up a new computer and transfer files from the old computer to a backup. Clemente was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had to go to work so he came early to help me and again after work to finish.

Clemente was so fantastic! He showed up promptly and was extremely knowledgable in diagnosing the problem. He was able to fix my wireless printer within minutes. Clemente was kind enough in looking at my MAC laptop as it was acting weird and fixed that within minutes as well! He showing me how to look for viruses, what programs to use, and we cleaned up my computer so I am back in business! I would absolutely reach out to him with any technical issues I have in the future, he was great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices will always come down to the type of job whether its to build or update a website to configuring your network system. My prices are always reasonable and i do my best to accommodate every customer, specially under the current circumstances that we are all living in. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions.

Establishing a communication, understanding the issues, explain the price and labor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree of Computer Information System and Associate degree in Computer Networking. I've been working in the Technology Field for over 10 years.
