- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices will always come down to the type of job whether its to build or update a website to configuring your network system. My prices are always reasonable and i do my best to accommodate every customer, specially under the current circumstances that we are all living in. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a communication, understanding the issues, explain the price and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor degree of Computer Information System and Associate degree in Computer Networking. I've been working in the Technology Field for over 10 years.
