I do not recommend Fire water pros. My boiler flooded the basement and they did the restoration. Instead of having carpet laid back down I opted to have the floor leveled with new concrete. About 2 months after the job was finished I noticed the concrete had not adhered and was cracking throughout the basement. He sent out another team of guys who removed the old concrete and started laying new concrete. They worked only one day, had to call back multiple times to have the job completed. There were days they said they would be there at 9am and never showed. The new concrete is not cracked but the floor is still far from level. Not sure why the job cost my insurance $5000+ when it was just replacing the bottom 6 inches of drywall around room, painting the room and leveling the concrete floor. Pretty sure they gauged my insurance. Looks like I will be finishing the job myself.

Chris was quick to respond to my inquiries and he helped us sort things out with the insurance adjuster. He and Eddie did an excellent job repairing the water damage to the ceiling and were thorough to clean up their work areas. We have other work planned and we will be using Fire Water Pros to get that done.
