- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair across the board and doesn't discriminate based on zip code. We have a system that calculate a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up on time and take measurements of the house or room that needs to be painted. We review the estimate together same day and address any questions the customer has. We email the proposal before we leave. Once decided to move forward we will schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of customer service experience. Years of painting experience. Years of management experience working for a Fortune 500 company and combine with my graduate degree with a focus on entrepreneurship allows me to run my business successfully and maintain great communications and relationships with existing and past customers.
