We are a family owned and family run company with more than 11 years of safe and reliable pest control service in upstate NY. Customer service is our #1 priority. We will treat you and your home as you are a part of our family.
Though preventative services are important and necessary, we also enjoy the challenges of removing the more troublesome annoyance. We are not easily scared off by large nests or hidden creatures. We enjoy explaining what we are doing with our customers and educating them on the pest. There is no better accomplishment than solving your pest problem.

They contacted me, via Thumbtack, in less than three minutes. I called them and left a message. In ten minutes, I got a call back...twenty minutes later he showed up. Every other exterminator said I had to wait days for help. I had yellow jackets under my front door steps. Wait !?! Victor PM gets it....I needed help now or at least asap.He taught me about the little buggers, explained what he used on them and what to expect. He took the time to talk and not just rush to the next site. Awesome customer service!!!

So happy to find Victor Pest Management! They're so responsive, and contacted me over the weekend. Justin came first thing on a Monday morning, knew exactly how to treat for the type of bees, and discovered a second nest that I didn't even know was there. Even returned the next day! Great followup, super passionate about all kinds of bugs. And the pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend!

Justin pulled over to take my call as he was on his way back from another job. He was able to fit my job in on the same day, AND got rid of my bees in the pouring rain! This company is amazing and Justin, the owner, as the face of the company, has such integrity and made this whole experience a pleasant one. I am keeping his card and will call him for ANY pest problems in the future!
