We are a family owned and family run company with more than 11 years of safe and reliable pest control service in upstate NY. Customer service is our #1 priority. We will treat you and your home as you are a part of our family.
Though preventative services are important and necessary, we also enjoy the challenges of removing the more troublesome annoyance. We are not easily scared off by large nests or hidden creatures. We enjoy explaining what we are doing with our customers and educating them on the pest. There is no better accomplishment than solving your pest problem.

Jason was very thorough in his inspection, prescription and explanation of services to be provided. After his treatment was complete, he gave post diagnosis explanation of what to look for and what to expect. Very professional and a great value in his services.

Justin did a great job explaining what he was going to do and the products he was going to use. He listed out what would happen and how long it would take for the pest problem to disappear. He was very thorough and took his time. We also discussed the overall maintenance in my home regarding pest management to which he offered several solutions to include the reason I called him out in the first place. Justin went above and beyond in service and performance. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent company, very thorough. After one visit, our house went from carpenter ants EVERYWHERE to carpenter ants NOWHERE. Not to mention i'm a stickler about chemicals and safety, they had print-outs of the MSDS sheets on hand!

The technician was professional and very helpful - identified the cause of the pest problem and how to prevent it, gave clear explanations. The product used was especially for the pest problem - box elder insects. Initial response from the company was prompt, clear and professional in every regard.
