- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a short assessment to see where the client is in their fitness journey. Based on that information I create a customized plan for that client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an athlete all of my life. I started in middle school playing different sports, such as basketball, softball, and running track. I continued that path throughout high school and college. I then obtained a mentor who taught me more in depth about teaching other to be healthy and fit for life. I learned a lot from my father whom also is a personal trainer and fitness guru 😊.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with clients from all different age groups ranging from child to the elderly. I’ve helped individuals with physical issues such as , joint pain, back and neck pain/injuries.
