My experience with QB fitness was amazing. From beginning to end I was moving, heart pumping and feeling like I was being pushed to my highest potential. She did a great job with showing me The correct form and breathing techniques while exercising. All with a smile on her face. She also does a great job with motivating you to keep pushing when you want to give up. Great music as well and clean safe environment. Highly recommend!

Working with QB fitness is a great experience. She is encouraging, patient, and kind. Z works out with you the entire session. She will modify if need be. Z talks you through what muscles and stretches you should be feeling. I highly recommend trying something fun and new with QB fitness.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically I start with a short assessment to see where the client is in their fitness journey. Based on that information I create a customized plan for that client.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have been an athlete all of my life. I started in middle school playing different sports, such as basketball, softball, and running track. I continued that path throughout high school and college. I then obtained a mentor who taught me more in depth about teaching other to be healthy and fit for life. I learned a lot from my father whom also is a personal trainer and fitness guru 😊.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with clients from all different age groups ranging from child to the elderly. I’ve helped individuals with physical issues such as , joint pain, back and neck pain/injuries.
