- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of material being removed. Also depends on the weight, where its located, and how much space it takes up in my truck an trailer being used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple! 1. Take customers name and phone number. 2. What service are they looking for? 2. Where is the job located to see the distance from me. 3. What floor is it located on or where will it be located on property. 4. Ask customer What equipment will I need like trailer, dolly etc. 5. Set a date and time for when they want the job done by.
