We would highly recommend Pro Performance Contracting. Lawrence Smith did an outstanding job with our bathroom remodel. Lawrence worked within the time frame we agreed upon and modified our design as we requested. Fortunately for us Lawrence is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. In addition to our remodel we had an unexpected leak in the kitchen ceiling.Lawrence was able to fix our plumbing issues along with the ceiling repair. Lawrence is an above average craftsman. I was very pleased with the service Lawrence Smith Contracting did. I just needed a new medicine cabinet hung, and after receiving responses from Thumbtack, choose this company. Larry, the contractor, was very good about stating when he would show up and was very pleasant. He made sure the measurements were correct and if I was ok where the medicine cabinet was hung. His performed great work at a fair price and would use his services again and recommend others.

Larry and his son Dakota did an excellent job replacing our concrete front stairs. His price was fair and the work and clean-up were done in a timely manner. We would definitely hire them again.

Had Pro Performance complete two big jobs recently (bathroom remodel and a porch roof/wall repair). Both jobs were well done with quality work. Pro Performance is my first call any time I need contracting work done on the house.
