Standing Ovation Music helped me prepare to be a music performance major at the Eastman School of Music. I learned fundamentals in how to play the piano in order to be prepared for piano class, and an additional vocal lesson to prepare for aural music theory. Cheryl knows how to effectively teach people of all ages, and will doing everything she can to help you progress.

My son has been going to Cheryl for 5 years for piano lessons. And more recently, I have started lessons as well. Cheryl is so knowledgeable about music and is able to share that knowledge in such a fantastic way. Like any good teacher, she pushes you out of your comfort zone to help you grow. At the same time, she makes the process fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
