- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the size and scope of the work. I always explain the estimate clearly before starting any job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak with the customer to understand the issue and inspect the area. Then I explain the process, provide a clear estimate, and answer any questions. Once approved, I begin the work while keeping the customer updated throughout the project to make sure everything is done professionally and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have hands-on experience in restoration and interior work since 2016 and have completed IICRC training in water mitigation and structural drying. My experience includes water damage cleanup, drying, drywall, painting, and interior repairs.
