I can't say enough good things about AAA! They did full siding, a new deck and fixed our front porch. Jose is a great communicator--he was in touch with us daily and he was incredibly responsive. The guys who did the job worked so hard and their work was impeccable. We gave them photos of what we wanted and the final job came out even better than we could have imagined.

The response to my request was very efficient. They gave a time to assess project and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. The project manager came and found issues causing leaks and proposed a plan with a verbal estimate after looking at roof. Pictures of problem areas were sent to me. Later a written estimate describing what would be done was emailed to me. I requested another bigger estimate on replacing entire roof and received that with details. Pictures of the completed job was sent to me. I received a call after repair from them asking if everything was to my approval. I am pleased with the customer service. I need more hard rains to see if there are any leaks. I was assured they would come back if there are any. From request to repair done was within a week. There was flashing recommended around chimney and it was completely up to me so that was added to cost. Overall, AAA Roofing did a professional job.
