Jose was extremely professional when he arrived to give me an estimate for the leak from my roof. He explained everything clearly and wasn’t pushy. He showed up right on time and his team worked diligently and finished on time. The work is great and he blended the new shingles perfectly with the old. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I recently hired Jose from AAA to fix a leak in my roof after we got hit with a few days of heavy rain, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The team that came to do the repairs was efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. The work was completed on time and after a few days of rain after the repairs I haven’t seen the leak.

The response to my request was very efficient. They gave a time to assess project and listened to what I wanted to accomplish. The project manager came and found issues causing leaks and proposed a plan with a verbal estimate after looking at roof. Pictures of problem areas were sent to me. Later a written estimate describing what would be done was emailed to me. I requested another bigger estimate on replacing entire roof and received that with details. Pictures of the completed job was sent to me. I received a call after repair from them asking if everything was to my approval. I am pleased with the customer service. I need more hard rains to see if there are any leaks. I was assured they would come back if there are any. From request to repair done was within a week. There was flashing recommended around chimney and it was completely up to me so that was added to cost. Overall, AAA Roofing did a professional job.

Jose got back to me almost immediately about removing moss and debris from our roof. Bryan was there at 9 am the next day for a quote and finished the job same day! He was incredibly responsive and pointed out a few reasonable things he could fix while he was up there with zero pressure. I never felt like he was trying to “upsell me” or take advantage. Will definitely be using them again.
