Jennifer’s nutritional recommendations, guidance and expertise proved to be one of the best decision. I reached out to her and she was quite patient to listen and discuss. She tailored my nutrition according to my requirements and adjusted meals/ingredients if required. I wasn’t able to follow it completely but made a sincere effort to reach around the number she asked me to . Her prescribed plan helped me gain 10 lbs in a matter of 21 days. I highly recommend her. Jen is a great personal trainer. She always challenging me during my workouts which I love. I feel very comfortable and confident when I am training with her. Now look forward to going to the gym all the time. Jen is the best!

Jen is wonderful! She has been helping me reach my fitness goals for a year and a half, yet every workout feels new, because she is always introducing me to different and creative ways to exercise my muscles. She’s cheerful, friendly and encouraging! I would definitely recommend her as a trainer!

Jen has been my trainer for a year now and I am so grateful to her ! She has been an invaluable part in my fitness journey (I never consistently worked out before). Thanks to Jen I am now stronger and more toned than I’ve ever been in my life, I’ve learned proper form and I’ve never once been pushed to do something I shouldn’t be doing- she’s always worked within my fitness level while challenging me at the same time. She also has physical therapy background which is a huge plus for a trainer! She’s always prompt and professional. I couldn’t recommend her more ! Thank you Jen ☺️!

Jennifer is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! She pays attention to every little detail, focuses on your weaknesses to make them stronger, and helps you with your goals in the future. She is amazing at strength training, but also has all the knowledge of what you should be eating outside of the gym, and how to keep you looking good! Every session with Jennifer flys by and she makes it super enjoyable - rather than dreading a day at the gym, I look forward to each time I get to meet with her ! :)
