I'm going to be real with you: working on your fitness is tough. It sucks having to "diet", it sucks having to force yourself to work out especially when you're exhausted from working a 10 hour shift at your shitty job. It's all like riding a bike, and the bike is on fire, and you're riding to gates of hell.
I'm going to give you the guidance and motivation you need to continue with this health journey and make it ACTUALLY fit into your REAL LIFE!
Come train with me at my gym or pay extra for me to go to you with my own equipment. I could also train you remotely via Skype or FaceTime at a discounted rate. I specialize in weight loss/gain, athletic training, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. I have helped hundreds of people look the way they want, let my next client be YOU!

I’ve had a few trainers during my fitness journey, but Jennifer was by leaps and bounds the most knowledgeable and intelligent trainer I’ve ever had. She didn’t just give me a “routine” she personalized my workout and all around fitness journey including my diet, to my specific needs!
This isn’t a robot trainer, she’s cares, she texts me to see what I’ve eaten, and how my diet is going. Without that involvement it’s easy to fall off track, but with Jennifer you can’t beat it!
Not to mention she is always on time and always makes me feel comfortable even when I was r with myself.
Hire Jennifer!! Now! Makes all the difference for me!!

Jen has been my trainer for a year now and I am so grateful to her ! She has been an invaluable part in my fitness journey (I never consistently worked out before). Thanks to Jen I am now stronger and more toned than I’ve ever been in my life, I’ve learned proper form and I’ve never once been pushed to do something I shouldn’t be doing- she’s always worked within my fitness level while challenging me at the same time. She also has physical therapy background which is a huge plus for a trainer! She’s always prompt and professional. I couldn’t recommend her more ! Thank you Jen ☺️!

Jen is wonderful! She has been helping me reach my fitness goals for a year and a half, yet every workout feels new, because she is always introducing me to different and creative ways to exercise my muscles. She’s cheerful, friendly and encouraging! I would definitely recommend her as a trainer!
