- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are reasonable especially given that I will travel if necessary which helps with a clients motivation. They don't even need to leave the comfort of their own home. I bring all my equipment with me and switch it up often so the workouts don't get boring. On the flipside, if they are willing to travel to me, then my gym has a ton of various types of equipment that I can't bring with me. The gym has weight resistance machines, TRX straps, a cable machine etc. Those pieces of equipment are invaluable in a workout. I offer a free over the phone consultation AND discounted 1st session. I really want the client to be excited to come work with me and start and exercise routine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Over the phone I do a free consultation. During our 1st meeting, I perform an assessment to see where the client is in regards to flexibility, endurance, injuries and health history. The phone consultation is free of charge and the 1st session is discounted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my AAPTE certification and have been a CPT for 5 years. AAPTE is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the gold standard for certification program accreditation in fitness and health.
