What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is based on the individual needs of the taxpayer. We do not charge on an hourly basis in order to for the client to feel he or she may take the time needed without the metering running.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm employees CPAs (including myself), staff accountants and bookkeepers. I myself (Robert Sforza) am a CPA with a masters degree in taxation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with individuals of all income ranges. We work with businesses that are either a small sole proprietorship, S Corporations to large partnerships and C Corporations.
