I had a great experience with JT from start to finish: the quote came in clear and itemized, we set a time and date, he followed up a week before the event, and then showed up ready to work at the time we'd agreed on. His actual work was clean, professional and high quality. Not only did he finish faster than he'd quoted me, but because one of the pieces of work ended up being less work than originally assumed, he lowered the rate on the day of. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I was repeatedly told that someone would come out on three times but no one ever showed up. I also never received any updates or communication regarding the delays. This job involved replacing just two boards, and I made it clear that I needed it completed. The lack of reliability, follow-through, and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. I was considering hiring them for a much larger project, but after being given multiple commitments that were not honored, I no longer have confidence in their services.
