- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed, and how often you would like service, whether it is weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, deep cleaning, construction cleanup, office cleaning, condos, or packing and unpacking services. I always provide a free estimate so you know what to expect before we begin, and I believe in fair and honest pricing for quality work, with the goal of giving you great value while making sure your home or office is cleaned with care and attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by speaking with the customer to understand their needs and what type of cleaning they are looking for, since every home and business is different and requires special attention. After learning the details, I provide a free estimate, and once we schedule the service, I arrive prepared and ready to work, treating every space with respect like it is my own and focusing on leaving it clean, fresh, and comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 7 years of hands-on experience in professional cleaning, and during that time I have learned effective techniques for deep cleaning, routine maintenance, construction cleanups, and organizing during packing and unpacking. My experience has taught me the importance of attention to detail and using the right methods for different surfaces and spaces, and I am always working to improve and provide high-quality service to every client.
