Introduction
I am a CIA trained chef and have been working as a personal/ private chef and caterer for over 20 years in such affluent areas as NYC, the Hamptons and Greenwich CT. I am committed to providing the best quality service snd AMAZING food, whether it be simple hors d'oeuvres, a 5 course meal or a buffet for up to 100!
I specialize in custom tailoring menus based on the client's needs and preferences. I also have a ton of experience working with allergies and dietary needs, as I was the Executive Chef at a private school for several years.
In addition, I can provide service staff and am also more than happy to accomodate drop offs! And finally, I operate a meal delivery business in Wappingers for those who are interested in fully cooked meals, delivered to your door weekly, with no commitment.

I have used Jessica for several family events - everything from a dinner for four to a BBQ of 150! Every time she caters one of my events the food is exceptional and far beyond anything I would have anticipated. When I've had a larger party and had to hire servers, her staff has been so friendly and professional. They leave my kitchen better than it was when they arrived! I was thrilled when she started her meal delivery service. Getting her home-made meals delivered to my doorstep on a weekly basis has made feeding my family so easy. I truly don't know what I would do without her food in my life!

The Jessica Experience food is a wonderful experience! The portions are generous, it is not uncommon for me to get a dinner and lunch from one order. Jessica and manager Tiffany are quick to respond to a question or dietary need. Delicious, varied, beautifully prepared and reasonable. A treat to come home to and a gift to the cooking challenged.
