The Jucebox NY offers two distinct sides of event hospitality: hands-on food & beverage service in our local service area, and virtual event planning nationwide. We create thoughtful menus and beverage experiences with a focus on great food, smooth service and memorable details. VIRTUAL EVENT PLANNING | NATIONWIDE For clients anywhere in the U.S., I offer 100% remote event planning and sourcing. This is ideal for someone who wants professional help pulling an event together without hiring a traditional on-site planner. Virtual planning can include theme and concept development, venue research, local vendor sourcing, catering and bar recommendations, rentals and décor sourcing, budget guidance, event flow, timelines, guest experience and detailed execution plans. Virtual planning does not include on-site setup, day-of coordination or in-person service. Instead, I build the plan and help source the right local vendors so you have everything needed to bring it to life. I accept a limited number of virtual planning clients at a time to keep each event personal and thoughtfully planned.
