Justine went above and beyond for my sisters 30th birthday dinner. I reached out to her quite close to the event (within a week) and she was extremely responsive in working with me, pulling together a menu that aligned with exactly what we wanted and was able to handle gluten free preparation for a guests celiac disease. Justine was extremely efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. The food was phenomenal and the plating and details were all perfect! She went out of her way to procure adorable candles, printed menus, flowers and napkins all to match the theme of my sister’s party! I would absolutely reach out to her in the future for any events - large or small! The food and experience left an extremely positive impression!

We hired Justine to prepare a morning-of brunch spread for both the bride and groom parties at our small wedding in NYC last May, as well as a small cocktail hour after the reception. Everything was beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. The breakfast offerings were fresh and perfect for getting everyone started and the mocktail options were not only beautiful but flavorful and we felt like she listened to all of our wants. For our small group, this made the entire day run more smoothly, especially since we were traveling later for dinner. Communication was easy, timing was perfect, and it allowed us to relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about food. We would absolutely hire her again.
