I cannot say enough about how INCREDIBLE my experience was with The Juicebox. I reached out to Justine with less than a week’s notice before my engagement. She responded in less than an hour, connected with me the same day, and built the most intentional and thoughtful service plan I’ve ever seen. In just a few days, we had aligned on a private dining experience that seemed like it was months in the making. The night before, I found out there were some serious dietary restrictions for one of our guests, and Justine was so responsive and thoughtful in how she pivoted. I was beyond blown away at the quality of service, the professionalism, the responsiveness, and the thoughtfulness throughout my entire experience. And then there was the day of, where the food was so delicious and the ambiance of friendliness was just perfect. I could not recommend The Juicebox enough to anyone considering this service.

Chef Justine provided a stunning three-course dinner for us and exceeded every expectation. The menu was thoughtfully curated with subtle Asian inspired flavors. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the execution was flawless. She is a true talent and made our evening feel incredibly special. If you have the chance to book her, do it!

Justine went above and beyond for my sisters 30th birthday dinner. I reached out to her quite close to the event (within a week) and she was extremely responsive in working with me, pulling together a menu that aligned with exactly what we wanted and was able to handle gluten free preparation for a guests celiac disease. Justine was extremely efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. The food was phenomenal and the plating and details were all perfect! She went out of her way to procure adorable candles, printed menus, flowers and napkins all to match the theme of my sister’s party! I would absolutely reach out to her in the future for any events - large or small! The food and experience left an extremely positive impression!

Justine private cheffed my baby shower of 22 people at my house. She was so responsive and on point with creating the menu and with handling GF restrictions. The food and the value were good and everything was on time. Her chicken and salmon dishes were really delicious. She was very accommodating when I had to change the date of the event last minute due to a blizzard. If there was a place to improve, I’d have to say on service. I was a little disappointed that there was only 1 server present when it had been agreed to have 2 servers. Things were a bit stressed. But, for accommodating the date change, I didn’t make it a big deal. The coffee was cold and a few of my guests sent back the cake bc it was sliced without any of the special features. The jucebox was professional and got the job done but can improve on refinement.
