- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we start at 8$ for a standard double hung window cleaning the inside and out. French windows vary depending on the amount of panes in the window they run about .50-.75 cents per pain per side. Standard flat glass starts at 4$ and goes up depending on the size and difficulty of access. Screens are 2$ per screens. Equipment fees: 20$ ladder fee for interior 40$ for exterior extension ladder fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and either schedule an appointment or even more convenient for the customer is to take pictures of the windows in there home or business and send them to us. From there we are able to get you an accurate quote. After that we can schedule a time for a one time cleaning or a reoccurring cleaning with you, where it will fit in your schedule and ours. We too hope to get feed back at the end of our work especially with our new customers, if there is areas that's need more attention or even when your completely satisfied with the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the training we have has come from on the job experience. We also have found that experience in other trades that are critical in attention to detail have helped us have a good eye for providing excellent service!
