Rashad did some work on my uncle's 2 acre waterfront property in Skaneateles. It started with cutting back a lot of brush and bockthorn bushes in a big wooded area. He did such a good job and so quickly that we called him back a few days later to remove a 50 linear foot gravel driveway leading from the road to the bluff. Rashad completed the job in just one day. His quote was very reasonable and there were no overcharges. He then replanted the grass and even monitored the re-growth after my uncle left the area, ensuring that the new owners would have a nice yard when they moved in. This he did on his own. I can't say enough about his professionalism, quality work and kindness to my elderly uncle. We received quotes from other companies that were far in excess of Rashad's quote, for less work they would have done and with a longer timeline. We were very pleased with him and would not hesitate to hire him again. I have no hesitation giving him a recommendation.

thanks again Camille it was a pleasure helping you and Mike with his lakefront property on skaneateles lake we actually still do all the property maintenance on the property I believe this is year number 6 that we've been maintaining the property I believe the house has been recently assessed at 1.5 million and it's a pleasure servicing the property it's a gorgeous place to visit every time we do work there during the summer time we're there every 10 to 12 days and yes it was a pleasure helping your Uncle with his 60 yard run across driveway insulation along with his large excavation project which consisted of over 40 yards of topsoil which was a fairly large excavation project

Great to work with. Communicated well through process. Reasonable price for quality of work performed. Has done several projects for me. I will use him again if I need lawn services or tree removal. He did a large hard fill job for me also.
