Introduction: First, we would like to say thank you for considering Skalko Electric for your electrical needs or upcoming project. We are new to the Thumbtack community so we attached some additional reviews from other platforms and our website. We are extremely proud of having so many happy customers. Each project we work on comes with a 2 year guarantee on all new wiring and a 2 year limited warranty on all material purchased from Skalko Electric. As an electrician, life safety is of the utmost importance, which is why we offer a complementary Electrical Safety Checkup during our on site estimates and/or before the start of any work. We use fixed flat rate pricing and offer discounts for every new customer, military (active or retired), police, firefighter, EMS, and of course senior discounts. We always wear shoe covers, deploy drop cloths, and clean up the work area, treating your home with respect as expected. We also take all project related garbage with us to either be recycled or junked. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Michael arrived and immediately got to work with the removal of an old power converter and the installation/ rewiring of a brand new unit. With his expertise and safety measures in place, he finished the job perfectly. He’s a wonderful communicator, professional. I’d recommend Skalko Electric 10/10 times. Didn't wind up hiring because service was no longer needed. However, Kevin was quick to respond to job scheduling and gave sound insight into possible outcomes. I would definitely refer and hire if any electric servicing is needed in the future.

I’m not sure what I can say to honestly convey my satisfaction with Skalko electric. Kevin showed up exactly on time. He checked things related and not related to the problem to make sure all was correct and SAFE. The job was done extremely professionally, and the price was less than I expected. Kevin made sure I knew what the price would be before he started. Kevin took the time to explain everything to me so I knew exactly what needed to be done and, in a way, I could understand, any questions I had were not only answered but explained in detail. I’m more than satisfied and will be using Skalko electric in the future. YES, I recommend Kevin and can honestly say based on knowledge, price, safety, quality, and professionalism Kevin Skalko electric is at the top of my recommendation list. On 01/12/2023 I used Kevin Skalko electric once again. I had Kevin refurbish my main braker box, as with the first time I'm beyond satisfied. I will be having Kevin back in the spring to replace the braker box in my garage. As I will say if you're looking for an electrician and Kevin Skalko services your area then you can't find a better electrician.
