Our pricing is based on square footage, surface condition, and project complexity. Brick painting and brick staining require detailed surface preparation and hand-applied techniques, so each project is custom quoted. We provide clear, written estimates with no hidden fees. Exterior stain and specialty color changes may vary based on material type and access.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically reach out by text, email, or phone and send clear photos of their project. Based on the size and scope, I can often provide pricing right away from photos. For larger or more complex exterior projects, I schedule an in-person visit to evaluate the masonry and discuss color options before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified installers of PermaTint, a professional mineral-based stain engineered specifically for masonry surfaces. This certification ensures proper preparation, application, and long-term performance when permanently changing the color of existing brick and stone. Our work focuses exclusively on brick painting and mineral staining for residential and commercial properties.
