- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
** On-Site Project Work: Typically quoted as a fixed project rate tailored to your specific needs. ** Sourcing & Shopping: Charged at an hourly rate for time spent researching, ordering, or picking up items (e.g., storage containers, baskets, hangers). ** Travel Time: Billed accordingly based on location. ** Consultations: My initial consultation fee is credited directly toward your total project cost if you choose to work together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask them to describe the project and, when possible, provide pictures. Then we discuss what their goals are and what their budget is. I tell them how many hours I think the job will take and what my rates are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any training but I owned a high end women’s clothing boutique some years ago and my store always had to be very neat and organized so it would be visually appealing to the customer.
