Introduction: I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association. I received my B.A. of Business Administration in Marketing. I train individuals, small group, and group fitness classes, as well as nutritional counseling, workshops and TRX training. I hold additional certifications in Plyometrics, TRX, and CPR/AED. I am a motivating and energetic Personal Trainer whose mission is for YOU to be successful with your health & fitness goals! Having successfully transformed my body, I have the first hand experience of knowing what it takes to change your mind, body and lifestyle. I truly LOVE my job! Every day I get to help my client's mind and body transform into a healthier & happier one. I love when they tell me their clothes fit better, or that they were able to run longer, or that they could hold a plank for longer. That is WHY I do what I do!!! My goal for each client is to help them get on a healthy lifestyle journey! There is no end, there is no diet, this is a lifestyle change. I offer constant communication to all of my clients, offering them motivation, support, assistance and the tools they need to continue on this journey. Any day, any time.

Evolution Fitness aka Debi Condon is top notch! Not only does she mix up the training session so that each one is a new experience but she gives you the motivation to work much harder. Not only when I work out do I want to do it for myself, but she gives me the strength mentally to want to do more to show her that I can go it a little longer and a little farther with the end result being a better me. Debi is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness. You can ask her any question and if she doesn't know the answer she will research it and post the answer for all to learn from. This is the first program that I have ever been in (and I've been in many) that I am not the least bit intimidated by the instructor. One word of advice, don't give up on yourself because I promise that Debi won't give up on you! Not only is she a great support and motivator, but the others in the class give you just as much encouragement as Debi. Give one session a try and you'll be hooked!!

Debi makes working out "fun" not a chore. She lets you know indecreetly if you are doing a movement wrong so you can improve your positioning. Every class is different so you do not get bored.As a person, Debi is very caring and helpful-she will email or call when you don't come to a regular class you are usually in because she is worried about you as a person.Amy questions you have, she answers them by email immediately and than will discuss things with you before or after class if you do not understand.She has been there for people for their personal problems as well as exercise issues as you has feelings for what people are going through and always wants to help. Even when life makes you take a break fromn the classes, she keeps in contact to keep you on the road to good health while you are out and you do NOT feel uncomfortable when you do come back.

Working with Debi has been exactly what I needed to back into a regular workout routine. I look forward to the weekly boot camps and how I feel afterwards. I would highly recommend trying a boot camp with Debi and her team! Everyone is super friendly and supportive, and it's easy to feel like part of the group.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been an active person but never had a consistent workout routine, I was always “just happy & content” with my body and weight. Between 2001 – 2005 I had 3 children, all large at birth and all delivered via c-section. With each subsequent child I kept a few pounds on. By 2006 I was starting to push the limits with a size 10-12 pants and knew that if I did not do something & remain consistent with it I was going to go down a road that I did not want to be on. In December 2006, my neighbor asked me if I was interested in joining Weight Watchers with her. My response “Sure” but I knew I was not committed. My diet was my main focus at this point - I started counting my points, watching my portions and choosing better food. I slowly started adding in walking around my development and then a few strength training exercises. By August 2007 I had lost 30 pounds, hit my lifetime goal with Weight Watchers and was fitting into a size 4 pants. In September 2007, I started researching more strength training & eating more clean food (all natural, not processed). Since then I have continued to work on building my muscle tone and maintaining my weight. I know that there are hundreds of people who have a very similar situation as I did as well as hundreds of frustrated people looking to lose weight and get in shape! This is why I followed my dream of becoming a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and started Evolution Fitness. I will show you how to GET FIT and STAY FIT without having to belong to a gym or needing expensive exercise equipment.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Being a trainer involves understanding how the human body works but knowing that each body is different and it requires trial and error to find the right program for each person. That it takes commitment; both as the trainer and as the client. You have to WANT to make the change to your mind, body, lifestyle to see the transformation. It will not happen overnight, so don't throw in the towel when you do not see immediate progress.
