Dave was great! He was very responsive and willing to assist with getting the necessary materials needed for the job. He listened and gave examples of choices for cord placement and when I was unsure, he made suggestions. Very helpful and efficient and will likely reach out to him for future projects!

Very quick to respond, and arrived on time. He did a terrific job reconnecting our cable and internet wires to the house. He also fixed siding that wind had been blowing lose regularly. He determined why it kept happening and fixed it. We just had really strong winds that took out power in the area, but Dave's work held strong. We are very pleased.

DB Technologies was so responsive, on time, asked great questions so he was prepared for the job and did fantastic work replacing a fan with a large flush mount. Up front about the cost as well which was helpful. Will definitely hire again! Thank you!
David was fantastic and helped me set up mesh WiFi. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working and that I understood how it worked. He also told me I could call him if I needed help with it in the future. He was so nice and professional and I would definitely hire him again!

I believe my pricing is on par or lower than what others may charge. We can all use a break nowadays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having been working in a customer service field for over 20 years where new customers happen 3-4 times daily I am very confident in my ability to work with anyone. We are all human after all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been through the school of hard knocks and formal training as well. I have worked with craftsman and different trades throughout my life.
