While I could only officially choose three of the things I liked about this company (value, responsiveness and work quality), superb professionalism and punctuality was also part of my experience. Our shallow well pump failed in the middle of one of the coldest winters in a decade and Joe showed up the next morning right on time. He was able to determine the issue in about an hour and was back bright and early the next day with the parts to complete the repairs. The actual fix turned out to be more complex and cumbersome than was originally anticipated and it was very comforting to my family to know that L.S. Construction was on the job. I say this because it was obvious to me that Joe was not going to leave until the water supply was restored to our home. I especially appreciated the fact that Joe from the very beginning did everything he could to keep costs down. He answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner, and was very responsive in our text communications. In summary, this was my experience as follows: Responsiveness: Excellent Costs: Fair and Reasonable Professionalism: Excellent Work Quality: Excellent Punctuality: Excellent I would definitely consider this company for any future needs.
