Unfortunately he scheduled us for an early morning installation and was a no show and didn't return my phone call. I left two messages 4 days ago and didn't hear back. We rearranged our schedules to be here for the installation. I feel that we should now charge him for our lost time. I understand that things come up, but when you don't give the courtesy of phone call, that I do not inderstand.
