- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial phone call allows us to get to know each other and find out necessities. We start the planning process and discuss your desires for the session. We choose a date, time, and location based on your interests. I often times help with outfit coordination. No need to feel stressed as my sessions are relaxing and fun. We will create interactions where I can capture the best memories. We schedule an in-person Reveal/Order session where you get to see your edited interactions come to life through a slideshow and online book reveal. We will review your print and wall decor wants and narrow selections where the program will show you what those images will look like on your personal walls. No more guessing sizes and coloring. We can add matting and framing too. Most of my clients choose a book or album as well. Social media digital files come with each 11x14” or larger and books/albums. Orders are placed after full payment and take about 2 weeks to arrive.
