Nobody in NY uses my proprietary blend of environmentally safe cleaners I use to achieve the new siding look that most people say "looks like you put new siding on my house". I use wood cleaning products that can make any old wood look brand new and also sealing/staining/painting products that are the best you can buy. (I can still get an oil based deck sealer). I am able to clean most houses in three hours or less keeping it affordable and simple. I am able to carry 500+ gallons of water so I can accommodate well water systems, or no water situations. I have concrete cleaning tools that can deep clean concrete/pavers/brick to look brand new again. My system, an industrial diesel/kerosine unit, which I fully fabricated myself specifically to wash houses, it uses two fully adjustable high volume low pressure (soft wash) pumps with soap injection with optional hot water and is safe for your siding unlike high pressure washers. All of my products are environmentally safe and will not harm any plants or pets. I have 25 plus years experience in power washing and restoration services, I also have 25 plus years experience in licensed plumbing services. When I clean a sewer I offer a before and after camera inspection. You *******...You get me...this leads to you getting my best work all the time. We hired Diegelman Services to power wash our siding, eves and gutters. From the moment I accepted Ian's offer he was helpful and easy to deal with. He responded right away and reassured me he could tackle the job in the time frame needed. It was easy communicating with Ian via email, text, and by phone. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would. As we discussed the work that needed to be done, it was decided that he would also power wash the second story deck floor and railings as well. After he finished the first side of the house, I went out to look at the results....I couldn't believe it! Wow! What a difference! We have lived in this house for 15 years and now the exterior looks shiny and brand new! I can't wait to host our party this weekend!! Thank you so much Ian! You did an absolutely amazing job!!
