- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Most equipment issues are caused by worn or failed parts — the key is accurate diagnosis, not guesswork. 👉 Here’s how it works: You contact us with the issue We schedule a convenient in-home visit We perform a full diagnostic to identify the exact problem You receive a clear, upfront estimate for parts and repair Once approved, we order the correct parts We return to complete the repair properly and efficiently 👉 In many cases, if you already know the issue, we can pre-order parts and save you time. 👉 Payment is simple: cash, check, or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
⭐ What sets my training apart Direct manufacturer-level training (not YouTube or guesswork) Experience across both residential AND commercial equipment Deep knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and performance systems 👉 I don’t just replace parts — I understand how the entire machine works, which is why my diagnostics are accurate and my repairs last. 🔧 Why that matters to you Many technicians can “work on” equipment. Very few are truly trained to diagnose it correctly and fix it right the first time. That’s where experience and training make all the difference.
