Diego and Esteban at El Tio were WONDERFUL to work with. We had a tight timeline to correct some issues before listing our house and they worked with us to make our timeline. They were so very helpful and accommodating to our needs, not to mention very skilled and prkfessional, and now we are able to list with confidence. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Seriously awesome professionals! I called them because a no-show person didn’t show up. So responsive, great communication! They knew what was needed and went right to work completing a daunting list of fixits. We Just moved in 3 days ago and discovered many things we overlooked in buying this house. They will be my go-to-guys for all the projects I have in mind. Feeling supported and so hopeful!
