My house needed some extensive carpentry work from water and woodpecker damage and also needed the entire exterior to be painted. I found myself in a terrible spot. I had a contractor that quit on me after starting work and barely showing up over a period of three weeks, only to complete about 30% of the work that needed to be done. I contacted David at Rider and he came by took a look a the work that had been done and in the kindest way possible pointed out where the work just wasn’t done right. He gave me a very fair price to re-do what had been done and finish the work. He wrote everything up to the last detail and told me they would be able to start in two weeks. I was lucky that a job he had scheduled was delayed so they were able to start in a week. David and his crew arrived every morning between 8:00-8:30 and worked until 4:30-5:00 for six days straight. It was fantastic. The work was top notch. My neighbors have all complemented me on how great the house looks. I extremely pleased!
